We are pleased to announce the opening of new property investment opportunities in Thailand. The property market in Thailand has shown significant growth recently and we are ready to offer you the most promising projects for investment.

Our specialists carefully analyze the market and select properties that have high yield potential and stability. We offer both residential and commercial properties in various regions of Thailand, from popular tourist destinations to rapidly developing business centers.

Why invest in Thailand?

1. Economic growth: Thailand is showing stable economic growth and attracting foreign investors. Tourist traffic has recovered significantly after the COVID-19 events. The number of tourists has increased to 25 million in 2023, up nearly 2.5 times from 2020 and 2021. Thailand will soon return to its pre-COVID figures. In 2019, 40 million tourists visited the country.

2. Favorable business climate: the Thai government actively supports foreign investors by offering tax incentives and simplified registration procedures. Recent news regarding changes in visa policy concerning Russians and many other countries, namely the creation of a visa-free regime for 92 countries, confirms the Thai authorities’ mood to globalize the economy and attract investment.

Relief for foreign businesses are also planned for this year, including simplification of obtaining business licenses for foreigners and possible changes to legislation regarding the number of votes for foreigners in a Thai firm and the ability to own land. Currently, foreigners can own no more than 49 per cent of a firm, there is no right to buy land and there are quotas in condominiums not to exceed 49 per cent. It is already known that the condominium quota is planned to be raised to 75%.

3. Growing rental market: High demand for rental property makes investment in residential and commercial properties particularly attractive. We suggest that investors pay attention to Thailand’s visa policy, especially the addition of a visa for IT professionals. This visa under the bill will have attractive conditions: it will cost only 20,000 Thai baht per year (the cheapest visa to date) and relatively simple requirements for proof of ability to pay. 500,000 Thai Baht will be required, but we can of course advise you on other conditions of proof of the visa applicant’s ability to pay
